I'm doing my +2. I've lots 2 study. I sleep for 7 hours/day. I want 2 reduce it to 4.5 hrs. Help me. Does studying with table fan induce sleep? How 2 study- sitting or walking or lying on a cot?Will going 2 bed at 12.30 & waking up at 5 help me?

dont do this..u must sleep atleast 6 hrs. a day. & whats there in +2 , during mine +2 i used to study for 8 hrs + 2 hrs swimming + 2 hrs study + 2 hrs cartoon shows & remaining 10 hrs food+sleep & like that anouther things..n scored 87%...so dont take more tenssion...

5 hrs is optimum u can sleep by 12 and wake up around 5 to 5.30
it wil help u
to reduce sleep u can eat chocolates have coffee
sit in a chair which dont have much angle deviation
it has to be around near 90 to 100 degrees
goin to sleep for such a short span of time will make u feel exhausted for de whole day....
so u shld have sufficient sleep
or else listen to some rock or metal songs it will help u......
but u will get exhausted bcoz it will make u feel tired as the loudness will be high.........
in one or two days u wil get accustomed to that,...
to avoid repetetively readin the same thing, u better sit have paper and pen and write down the matter what u read into points it will take 5 to 10 more min than normal readin routine but will help u to reduce number of readings which will help u a lot...in time saving
so to avoid sleep better read and and break down the topic into points and put it on paper it will work to over come sleep....

The most important thing is that u should have a minimum of 6hrs. sleep, so that u will feel fresh when u getup. No need to reduce the hrs of sleep. When ur body and mind r fresh u can study well. u can study by sitting on a chair and table, u should feel comfertable while studying.

sleepin just for 4.5 hours is not enough..
it will make you sleep in your school/college..
sleep atleast for 5 or 6 hrs..
and lying down and sleeping is the worst thing to do..
its the easiest way to go to sleep even before you start studying..
i wud prefer you use a table....

1st of all you should get at least 7 hours sleep at nite. Then when you have the whole day ahead of you..study. Take 10 mins break when you feel the need. Do be sleep deprived.

before sleep!.walk in free air.if ur sleepy while study, give break and sit open air for few min. do some exercise regular(10 min). don't go with oil! drink more watery substance!. don't control the sleep . reduce the sleep hour step by step!

According to me, you should study when u need at any time, there is no time for learning or studying, but it is not good for your health to beat the sleeping for your studying. How many time you will study, take it completely into your mind, i have expreienced when i had studied without sleep, but my health was going to be more week than as usual. This is not my advice, i just express my thinking, do yourselves.

when u think that u now can't study due to sleep just take wash & take blow of air on ur face & study for few minutes by walking then get sitted.

its normal,, uve gota listen to himesh reshamiya songs for mins,, full blast,,,thats it,, itll create such imbalance in ur brain fuid that ,, u wnt be able to sleep till next 10hrs... try it..

Syudying while you are cooler is usually the best way to go.Too hot and you cant focus.
