The ultimate power holder is God who gave all power to Adam and Eve who lost the power to Satan in the garden. Jesus Christ came and took the power back from Satan and he gave it to Man. He now sits at the right hand of God and waits to see if we know we have the power, and what we're going to do with it. Thusfar, I think we suck. We must remember, all power IS power, but we are not God. He is the ultimate power.

you're dealing with multiple levels of vagueness that over-lap as you try to read into it.. like debating whether or not the magic-eye image is of a cat or a donkey.

Magic itself is a moralistic thing owing to willpower, which is not a power it's actually just a movement that rests on the horizon of conceptual existentialism.

the power to have all powers is a pure belief thing. it exists of a political deal.

many concepts are illusions but to really plunge into them.. you should remember what the ultimate evil is..

"the ultimate evil is that masked form of psychological complacency that enables one to adhere to a group philosophy rather than eke out one's own horizons"

I would say that such a thing is definately a power, and one I have personally been seeking for quite sometime. I suppose God could be an example of such a thing.
