Don't you know that seduction is not up to what you wear? It is all in the attitude.
There are plenty of things a woman can do and say, whilst being fully dressed, that would excite a man in public. I could write them here, but probably my answer would be deleted, so... as someone else said, use your imagination.

I like this question because there is no wrong answer ;-)
I enjoy looking at almost any woman in a skirt, hose, and 4 " heels. You can look at the legs, admire the accentuated curves, and spend the rest of your day imagining what is underneath (pantyhose? thigh-his? lace? thong? NOTHING?!)
