You need some programs first...When downloading videos it is saved in a .flv file but you need to convert into .wmv...So heres what you need. I don't think you can. You can download a VLC player and then download the videos as an FLV file from different websites.. That's the only way to play them on your computer if you save them to your hard drive though.

Try TubeHunter to save youtube videos into MPEG format which can be splited into BMP/JPEG very easily. After that, you can import thoes images into PowerPoint.
