I want the table to fold down from the wall though and when it is folded up and put away it will have a mirror on the bottom with a curtain frame making it appear to be a "window/mirror" of some sort, but I don't know what hinges would fold UP and would support wieght of food I've seen snack bars and other mouted table, but they fold down against the wall. HOW do I do this?

a glass bottom would add a lot of weight for the hinge to hold up and may make the table come crashing down when setting up sometime.
Maybe an airbrushed landscape on 3 ply stuck on the bottom or polished metal for the mirror.
The "curtains" can hide the fold up legs (similar to a card table) that hand the length of the mirror behind the curtains and fold down to support the table when down.

Have a look at some caravans (traliers) that have fold away tables and bunks to get more ideas

Your local hardware store wil have a wide selection of hinges for you.
Do be sure to screw those hinges into the studs.
(A plaster wall or sheet rock won't support the table for long.)
You might consider some sort of folding legs for the outer edge of the table that would be part of the 'frame` when it's vertical.

use a regular hinge,, mount the the table half of the hinge in a recess,, and cover the table with formica so nothing shows!! there are also hinges with a 90 degree bend on one side that is made for such applications! look around the BORG or lowes or 'google' rockler.com
