For crying out loud. What is it about condoms and birth control that you don't understand? If you aren't having full intercourse then what on earth are you doing? Ask your mom if you are pregnant and then go with her to the clinic for a pap, pills and condoms so you don't get an STD.

No. Your vaginal canal was wounded due to the big size of what introduce to yours. Be careful . May be its your first time.

you are spotting honey it can be from any sort of irritation including pid and pregnantcy. or hormones or stress. if you miss a period pee on a stick.

you're probably most likely not pregnant...but you should just wait for more pregnancy symptoms before freakin out.
