I have a bug that I took a picture of. I want to know if anyone would be able to tell me what it is. At first i thought it was a cockroach, if so, i would not have moved into this apartment. At first my landlord agreed, later disagreeing and saying that it was a flower beetle. I would like to send the picture to someone or post it somewhere so that they can look and see.

bring it to a garden center...they could tell you...or a pest control company...that is your best bet

If there are any suggestions by people as to what they think it might be, then go to google and click on "images" and then type in the name and see what comes up. If you find a picture that looks like the bug you have, then you will know that is what it is.
Of course, you could first go there and type in cockroach and also try for flower beetle. Then if this does not turn up the answer, try whatever other people mention.
I agree with the first answerer also that you could take it to a garden center or pest control people (like Orkin) or something.
I will cross my fingers for you that it is not a cockroach!!
