It Makes Me Mad Because Steroids Did It For Him And Hank Aaron Was Just That Good!

see this is why Rabbi is at the top. Good answer...

Whether he juiced or not, statistics are history, and history can never be erased. Therefor even if he did take performance enhancing steroids he still has the most homers of all time, and when you look at stats there is not what ifs.

Power helps to hit homers, but Barry still has amazing timing, and a great eye. Before the game he had a double batting practice, work ethic like that will break records, not steroids.

I think it's great! Has anyone proven yet that he was on any performance enhancing drugs? I didn't think so!

And to the people who think that in the "Babe's" and Hank Aaron's days those boys weren't on something, you must be dizzy!! It just wasn't known or illegal then.

CONGRATS to Barry!!!!!!!

We should congratulate him. But we should also reflect on the greatness of Aaron, a man who broke a record under much tougher circumstances, and who has never been under any suspicion of any wrongdoing.

Bonds breaking the record really doesn't matter to me.

Hank Aaron set the record without 'roids.

props to him for all the clean home runs he's hit... but since so many were while he was CHEATING with steroids...they shouldn't count and real record holders such as Hank should be the only one honored!

the way Bonds is hitting, the final 2 homers he might desire to interrupt the checklist is approximately so a good distance as from right here to the moon. If he does all of it all, it ought to o.k. take him something of the season.

I'm not thrilled, but Bonds' record won't last as long as Aaron's did. Alex Rodriguez already has 500.

Seems like it brings closure to the wild times of the "steroid" era.
