I have to say Gill from Street Fighter III. I lost many a quarter in the arcade trying to topple that suped-up bastard. His "Resurrection" move was very unfair.

There has been a couple!!! But I would have to go with Motaro on MK!!!! I could never beat him!!! I hate when there is a lead boss that can make his power come back!!!! That is so unfair!!! Super Mario bros. 3 is pretty hard also!!!! World 8 is so hard!!!!

The boss of Dark Cloud. I played through the entire stupid game and couldn't even make a dent in his hp. I never beat him. God I hated that.
