Hank Aaron might have hit approximately 950 homeruns if he had get admission to to an identical steroids that are around immediately. the only element that i understand of that looked somewhat person-friendly back then have been pep pills, called greenies. They style of worked like velocity. In Jim Bouton's e book "Ball 4," he mentions how person-friendly it replaced into to get those pills and how oftentimes gamers took them. So even in Hank's era there replaced into rampant cheating happening, so don't be fooled.

yeah its great..love em or hate em..barry bonds was the biggest story in sports for 2001-2007..

until there is proof, bonds is homerun king.

and Arod has long ways to go..look at ken griffey jr. he got injured..

yeah..its good to have a new homerun king..records meant to be broken.

bonds is first ballot hall of famer.

Yeah, it was history....but I'm glad it's over now than can get back to some real baseball instead of watching the LAST PLACE Giants 4 times a week.....

BTW I say ARod breaks before he turns 40

I was definitely gettin' tired of waiting and answering so many questions about it. I was almost asleep then looked up to see it, that was cool. Since there's no hope in convincing some of the dopes on here that they shouldn't hate Barry so much, I'll be glad to see some questions about the upcoming playoff run.

Doubt that they will stop talking about this at least for the rest of the regular season. For his family & Willie Mays, I'm happy for them. However I still believe that during the years of his massive home run explosion (much like Sammy Sosa & Mark) that the man took steroids to do it.

All I can say now is: Please, A-Rod, break this record! (& no, I'm not particularly an A-Rod fan)

Yep.

It seemed so empty and anticlimactic compared to when Aaron hit 715.

I feel like you can't keep a Good man down. He never reacted to the trash. It's all about knowing yourself.

His name is no longer Barry Bonds, it is now "The Big Asterisk".

yes I am like you. And I am loving the fact that no one seems to realize that ARod is hot on his tail.
