I am thinking about cremation with ashes scattered in the Pacific Ocean, or a "green" funeral using a biodegradable box and no embalming in our family plot. I want very little money spent on me so that there is more left for my family.
A friend of mine wants to be shot into space. Another wants to giver her body to science.
What do you guys think? Have you ever thought about it?

I would probably donate it to Science.....
But they will probably throw it away in the Bio-Hazard Can (lol)

Our family tradition, to which I'd hope my kids will adhere, is cremation and ashes scattered at Mt. Rainier.
Lots of my relatives up there. Gorgeous place.

I will have my body cremated. Luckily, this is my family tradition, and is a lot cheaper than a burial. (Not to mention more earth-friendly.)

hubby will be buried with full military honours and I am gonna be cremated...........the kids have both said they wish to be cremated..........we plan on having as much wrote down and spelt out so there is as little arguments as possible.
