Yes, let's just say I've been to Mardi Gras many times. Flashing someone now? No, everyone is asleep.

I'm not doing it now, but yes, I have flashed people in public. In Columbus Ohio, where I lived before I moved here, it is legal for women to go topless in public.

Me, my sister, and two of our friends flashed a guy when we were teenagers. I've flashed a couple people while drunk too. Other than that I've only mooned my hubby, but I guess that doesn't count..lol

No I have never done that, well once playing in the ocean a long time ago and my friend pulled my suit off so I mooned her. I did the same thing to her so now, are we considered moonies.lol

Hell yeah. I moon quite a bit actually. Usually my friends, lol. I have flashed before. It was a car full of girls and they where yelling for me to do it.
