Even if you don't have medical insurance you need to go see a doctor. It could be something more serious than a hormone imbalance. You could have an infection or any number of other gynecological problems. It could be something not too serious like Menorrhagia (excessive menstrual bleeding that needs treatment) or Fibroids in your uterus. Or it could be something more serious like Endomitriosis, Ovarian Cysts or Endomitrial Cancer. Bleeding symptoms like that can also be caused by an eptopic pregnancy, but since it has been that long, I doubt that could be it.

This isn't something to fool around with on your own -- some things left untreated could make you infertile.

This could be related to a hormone imbalance. Before I was diagnosed with one I had some issues with my periods being irregular.

I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation.

I've had the same problem when i was your age, you should go see your OBGYN and discuss your problem, you may need what they call a D-and-C to remove a buildup around the wall of the cervic's, all they do is freeze your cervic's and scrap the wall of it, it does hurt a little, but go see your doctor.

I had the same problem, and it ended up being cysts on my ovaries that I had to have removed. YOu need to go to a doctor to get that checked ASAP.

You definitely need to see a Gynaecologist, not a gen.practinioner, as this is affecting your overall health.
You may need a "scrape".
