No, it's not normal at all. Especially if this has happened twice already. You need to visit a gynecologist right away. Someone may have already mentioned this, but you could develop anemia from so much bleeding. You need to see your doctor.

I would get my regular period and then spot blood all day long after my intial period. That went on for 1 year, before they found out my estrogen level was off. I would make a GYN appointment to be safe. Good luck, and best wishes!!

It can take a while for your cycle to regulate...but you may want to talk to the doctor about it. I had to be put on birth control to regulate mine when I was a teen and then again as an adult...your body changes as your hormones do.

Maybe you should see a doctor about a condition like polyps. I had this, and the doctor could see this on a pelvic sonogram.

Go see your doctor. It will probably be that you have an iron defeciency. Eat food with iron in it! But you should still go see your doctor anyway.
