The best way to find out is to ask her to come to you.
While in a form of mild meditation with a white candle lit, find a calm, dark place in your mind (with your eyes closed).
Ask her to come to you and "look" within the darkness for a light. follow the light to place in nature where you are happiest.
(IE: a beach, a stream, a open area in the woods.)
Look for her there and she will be waiting for you.
It's okay to talk with her and get to know her. It is, after all, what She is waiting for.
Be bold, be daring, open your mind and heart and allow her into your life.
Blessed Be, Walk in Light and Love

Your deity will tell you who he or she is. Keep an open heart and mind, and ask them. Often they appear in dreams, or you will see a symbol of that deity in a dream, or when meditating. And don't assume that your patron deity is a Goddess. It may just as easily be a God. Find some good books on mythology and read them, this will help you to recognize your patron deity when he/she appears.

By deity, I'm assuming you are reffering to your patron deity. If so, there is no sure way to find him/her. Obviously if there is a strong connection to a certain deity or myth, there may be something there. If not, there's always meditation. Some don't find their patron deity until years later. I have yet to find mine two years after coming to the Craft.

Different people have different ways of finding that out. What I did is read about different pantheons with an open mind and then meditate on the ones that "spoke" to me. Also, you could learn about the pantheons in your own ethnic heritage or a culture that you are drawn to. Then meditate on this.
You will have to be very patient, because this won't come to you automatically. Good luck and blessed be.

Deities.
You should try to talk to both male and female deities. Its abalance thing for Wicca.
Anyway, talk to ANY of them! The one you talk to first may NOT be the one for you, but I'll bet she'll point you in the right direction.
Hey, how about talking to your namesake - The Morrigan

Keltasia has the right of it, if a little rude.
Get with your elders and work out a plan to help you. If you don't have any elders, find some, because working alone is not doing it for you.

I hate to repeat the first answer, but how is that possible? Can you really practice a religion without knowing its deity? Maybe you mean you're interested in practicing Wicca?
Maybe this will help http://www.wicca.org/

Some call her Diana and some have called her Luna. She is honored by many names from the other Gods.
If you want a copy of Wicca 101, I have them available.
First day and you've really stuck your foot in it.
