what do you like about your statefair? concerts,midway area,people watching and the food/beer for me!!

The end of August to Labor Day, The Great New York State Fair!
I like the midway, and the special shows, the food and the oldies music in Miller Court. The wine tasting. EVERYTHING! What's not to like about the State fair!
But I think the best event that they have is the Syracuse Nationals in July 4000 classic and muscle cars, 10,000 people, lots of fun!

I think the fair here is in October....I cant wait I love the demolition derbies. I am trying to get the tow company that works with us to get a car in it this year....they used to do it all the time....But they do tow the smashed cars off the field. I get to go down there and bull sh** with all the tow guys its totally fun:)
Alot of people here at my work go for the food. I like hanging out with my friends and walking....seeing the exhibits and stuff

Iowa state fair is Aug 9 - 19. i love people watching the most.

it starts at the end of August and lasts until Labor Day. I like to go on the rides and eat the awesome food.

the state fair is usually at the end og august,i think...its held 200 miles from here so ive never gone..the county fair starts in 10 days or so..havent been there in years either

mine is this week......i live in a small church town soooo no beer lol but rides and music we actually are having real bands this year.....usually its some punk kid with his garage band but this year we get drowning pool and crossfade!!!! yay im soooooooo excited!!
