I'm not sure what a "solicits" country is. Up here, in Canada, where I live, there is a crime called "soliciting." It refers to the act of contacting a prostitute to arrange a sexual act for pay. But down there, isn't that a Republican thing, as in the case of David Vitter, the Republican senator who was going to at least two brothels that we know of? Or what about the Republican state representative in Florida who offered an undercover cop $20 to perform fellatio on him? I guess it's the Republicans who would make the U.S. a "solicits" country.

Since Dems are not advocating any more socialism than is the norm in every other developed country in the world - comparisons with Venezuela rather than France, Germany, Australia, Singapore etc are just ignorant fear mongering.
