1) Like to sail and island hop in the Caribbean. Sailing alone can be -extreme.
2) Many cities I visit have rock climbing - definitely extreme - even if it's in doors.
3) I love diving - as close as it gets to being an astronaut.
4) Running with the bulls in Spain - very extreme.
