I mean, was it that bad back in the day. Seems like whenever we get a nice day around here, you see all these 14-15 year old girls pushing around THEIR babies in a carriage.
That means when they get my age they will have teenager. Sometimes I have a hard time with my Rottie, talk about a child.
Does anybody else find this ridiculous?

Absolutely it is, but society today has provided the environment for these kids to start thinking they are more mature and capable of things that they really aren't.

Traditional values and self worth are no longer the same as they used to be. Some parents try to instill this in their children, but because there are others that don't - children are often influenced by their peers. There are some parents out there that think that it's ok for their 12 year old girl to roam about the streets and hang out with guys and do whatever they please. this sort of behaviour more often than not ends up leading to more serious issues such as drugs or pregnancy.

My 13 year old daughter came home one day and told me her boyfriend had dumped her, when I asked why she said he told her she was "Frigid". I was so proud - for a 13 year old girl to not go with the rest of the crowd and allow a boy to rove into places that he's not welcome, I thought it was the best news I had heard all year. Now, who knows how long this will last, but all we can do is try to set the right example, allow ourselves to give our children the opportunity to talk openly without feeling embarrassed and reinforce the negatives that are associated with partaking in activities where they simply are not mature enough to deal with the consequences.

Yep. I was with my brother once when a 14 yr old girl asked him for his phone #. He kindly turned her down and told him he wasn't interested. Then she asked "what? am I not pretty enuff for you?" He replied, "It's not that, it's just that I dont give my number out to girls who chase after guys." & guess what? She was with her mother!
I was sooo proud of him, even he realizes that there is something very wrong with kids his age nowadays. He says its hard to find a decent girl in his school since half of them are either pregnant or already have kids. Its ridiculous!!

how do you know they are not thier siblings or babysitting? i know there are a lot of teen mothers out there, but its not really any of your business, and why are you letting it affect you so much? as long as you live your life like you think you should who cares? free country, they can live like they want.
