How about a tinted moisturizer, a light coat of mascara, and finally a little lip gloss and a smile.

I do this as a 2 minute quickie.
Put mascara on and then purple eyeliner. I have hazel eyes as well and the color purple enhances them.
Then I just put on Cherry Chapstick.
It's really simple and it makes me look presentable...you don't need the whole nine yards to look great.

Hair color would also be helpful.
START with mascara, blush, and lip gloss or color. These are subtle but will brighten up your whole face.
Do you look better in COOL colors:
soft white, pinks, cherry red, coral, lemon, mint, jade, forest
green, sky, royal, navy, lavender, plum, gray, black, or silver jewelry?
or WARM colors?
ivory, tomato red, peach, orange, rust, golden yellow, lime, kelly, olive, aqua, turquoise, teal, bright purple, caramel, coffee brown, or gold jewelry?
EYES:
Shadows should be from your color group in shades that contrast with eye color:
greens
blues
purples
rosy browns
grays
*LINER/MASCARA: if hair is darker than midbrown, use black-brown or black; if lighter use espresso or black-brown
LIPS/CHEEKS:
if you look better in pinks -
*powder pink
rose
cherry red
*coral
burgundy
plum
for peaches -
*peach
orange
rust
tomato red
caramel
*bronze
* good starter colors

foundation- Maybelline SuperStay Silky (stays on at school all day)
cream blush- apply rosy blush to the apples or you cheeks use cream blush because it stays on longer than powder.
lip stain- use a lip stain ( i prefer Revlon Just Bitten Lip Stain ) and layer some lip balm over it, it will stay on all day and give your lips some color.
eyeliner- use a brown eyeliner on the top and bottom lashes.
eyeshadow- use a neutral eyeshadow- it should have a little shimmer.
good luck :)

tinted moisturizer
a dab of blush especially a mousse or creme tint for natural colour
a lip gloss that is slightly tinted
maybe a tiny bit of walnut coloured eye pencil but do not go for the cleopatra look!
that is all you need really
