If you mean like that you are on top and she is on the bottom and she dosen't feel comfortable then no, she probably won't enjoy the sex. She is uncomfortable!
Do you mean like if you are at her house and she doesn't feel comfortable having it there in case somebody walks in...yes she probably still won't enjoy it because her mind will be somewhere else. You want her 100% on you!

Yes,women like to be where they know they are safe and where they are comfortable most.If you want to pleasure a women make sure she feels safe and protected and comfortable.
