i am a B.E. Mehanical Engineer. Now i was in singapore last two years. I get singapore PR for here. can I immigrate to UK for working purpose ?

Singapore PR does not elevate your potential for working in the UK. You need to find a UK company that requires your skills and seek their sponsorship.
Alternatively citizens of some countries are allowed visa's to seek work. You can probably find the relevant information on line.
Singapore companies are crying for ME's. You could also try finding a job with an MNC having divisions in the UK allowing you to transfer at a later date.

There is a working holiday program offered by the UK embassy . I have some friends who got jobs and eventually became PRs in UK some time ago . You can always visit the UK embassy in Singapore to find out more it althought i am not sure if the program is still on . gd luck !
