The only way u can find out is by practicing your self. Practice makes perfect, even a blind person can tell u that. I bet you were thinking by ur lonesome self in ur bath room one day right? Yeah.

they probably have a number of times they wipe each time they do number 2...maybe a high number like ten, just in case. u should look just to make sure ur clean

I imagine they just wipe several times or use butt wipes. Good question, makes ya wonder.
