I know that men get many per day. How do nudist men not get them when around other people?

they do but they are more spontaneous erections than sexual ones. and since in many nudist environments the erection is not considered polite to show, the guy will be discrete for a few minutes while it subsides.

It does not happen often because we are not thinking or engaged in sexual activity,if it does like at a beach we just cover up temporally or go into the water and let things subside to normal state I would like to also say that any activity that suggests stimulation of phallic parts of males is usually not well taken at naturism group functions or social gatherings that activity is best left private between a male and female out of view of others

Simply because nudity is boring and not arousing. If everyone's naked then that becomes "normal" and so isn't arousing.

Because without clothes their is no difference in culture, gender, social status, etc. We are all one and the same without clothes. The mystery is gone and acceptance is wonderful.
