Is it possible to exist in the Fourth Demention?

Im not sure that i understand exactly what the fourth demention is but from what i've read, watched people describe it as time ... when i think about that i wonder is it possible to be a fourth dementional being considering the fourth demention is just a timeline of something, so if you know your past and future all in one... how would you exist.... this is probley a stupid question and or it doesnt make sence... but yeah

that's an interesting thought. although we currently exist in 4 dimensions: 3 spatial and 1 temporal.
the hypothetical being who exists along all of time such that time isn't something that "flows" would have to be existing in a 5th dimension that we cannot comprehend.
i've considered spacetime to have a 4-dimensional map. just like a 2D road map or a 3D globe, but including time.
this is related to your hypothetical scenario because this 4d spacetime map considers past/present/future to exist "all at once" [this is not a good term, but i'm not sure how to put it], we just have to travel along one predeterminated path thru the temporal dimension.

There are greater in accordance to da calculations. regrettably we gained't visualize them, which would be explanation why quantum physics and customary relativity can't be positioned all jointly. this is an occasion. once you spot a cable from a great distance how many dimentions do you spot? 2 actual? top and Lenght like a rectangle. yet once you get closer, you will see the 0.33 one, that's Width ! Thats why they call it a three-D rectangle :D stay there a three hundred and sixty 5 days, you will see the cable replace ! it rather is the fourth dimention ( or consistent with risk no longer) that's time (fee of replace). So the different dimentions are a version of the 1st 3, width lenght and top. some human beings say that the different dimentions can't be pictured or visualized b/c we don't have the skill, we are blind in that way, its like we want a 6th experience. yet regular theory relates dimentions with parallel universes.

Like many people you are over-mystifying this. It is much simpler than you think. Drive around a mountain with a watch. Write down on a piece of paper, your longitude, latitude and elevation. These are your three dimensions. Now write down the time that you were there. That is the fourth dimension, nothing more. Time is not the same as space.
