Over easy, cooked with a little bit of butter and salt put on top while the yolk is still setting. Served with Tabasco and ketchup (or Tabasco Ketchup - Great product!).

Over easy, but real over easy. Most of the time when you order over easy in a restaurant you get over medium. Over easy means the yolk is barely set and the white is still more than a little runny.
