Regarding North Carolina Prisons?

Is there anything anyone can do to help reduce a prison term for someone currently serving time???

You have to get a lawyer or a court appointed lawyer, I'm not really sure about North Carolina. The person in prison can file an appeal and try to get a court appointed lawyer, there may be some lawyers on yahoo answers who may tell you what to do. Good Luck........Dianne
