Ok I don't do this but I've always wondered why alcohol and cigarette are legal but marijuana is not. From what I understand does alcohol not have a worse effect on your body and mind than that of marijuana. And don't cigarettes cause more damage to you physically than marijuana.

I'm not saying that it is a good thing to do but from a legal point of view doesn't it make sense. If anyone knows of a place that says why it is illegal and and the others are not please tell. And I would love to hear your thoughts on the matter. Thank You.

Purely random. The selection of which drugs to ban in any particular country depends on the culture and the time. Most drugs were legal in the western world until the 1920s. LSD was developed in the 1960s, and banned then. For a while it was legal. There are many similar examples.

Mary Jane is a sweet lady to know. There are some people who believe MJ is a “gateway drug” to hard substances. Perhaps it is, I don’t rightly know. What I do know is that there are places on this earth where this particular substance in legal. Places where any Tom , Dick or Hairy can legally purchase MJ, do not have any more or less problems than they do with beer or cigarettes. In fact if one so wanted to visit our neighbors in Canada, they would find that in some provinces MJ is legal. So to answer your question more directly, I think some of our American citizens need to have an emergency operation and have the “stick” removed from their buttocks.

Most medical research has stated a couple of glasses a wine a day is a good thing. I've never heard anyone say a couple of pipes and your good to go. One joint is equal to like 5 packs of cigarettes in the nicotine department, so just in the health risks alone you will never see it legal. Unless it is filtered to something you wouldn't want and taxed to death so you couldn't afford it.
