Apparently there's no outcome yet. He's still assisting the SEC in their investigations and the co. has resumed trading.

CyberKey Solutions, Inc. resumed trading as of 11:59 PM EST, on February 16, 2007. At that time, the trading suspension was lifted as stated in the notice from the Securities and Exchange Commission dated February 5, 2007.

CyberKey Solutions, Inc. will continue to cooperate with regulators during this formal inquiry. CyberKey Solutions is working diligently to provide any and all information requested by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
