lenyssa is pronounced la-nissa like larissa but with an n instead of a r and auviouna is like ariana but with a v it's pronounced au-vee-ana.

It's too long and hard to pronounce. If by ghetto you mean it looks like you made it up then yes. Auviouna looks like you got a bad rack of scrabble vowels. What about Larissa for a first name?

I don't know about ghetto exactly but it's quite the handle for someone to walk around with. Break them up and use Lenyssa as a first name with a more solid second name.
As for Auviouna, unless that's common in your culture or native language, I'd stay away from it. I can't figure out how to prononce it and NOBODY will ever be able to spell it.

Yes! She will be 20 before she can learn how to pronounce it and 50 before she can spell it! Please don't put your child through that!
