It's too long and hard to pronounce. If by ghetto you mean it looks like you made it up then yes. Auviouna looks like you got a bad rack of scrabble vowels. What about Larissa for a first name?

I don't know about ghetto exactly but it's quite the handle for someone to walk around with. Break them up and use Lenyssa as a first name with a more solid second name.
As for Auviouna, unless that's common in your culture or native language, I'd stay away from it. I can't figure out how to prononce it and NOBODY will ever be able to spell it.
