If you are in tune with yourself and the way you reason through day to day life dealing with their intuitions would be nothing different than a routine. You handle whatever arises as it arises and in the same manner each time. I'm tired, buzz if that don't make any sense & I'll take a hammer to it in the AM.

First run your intuition through your logic. For example, if your intuition tells you that a 99 year old woman just scaled a twenty story building, you can probably write that off to something that you ate that you shouldn't have.

Then, if the logic is okay, you might want to look at the risk of following your intuition. If your intuition tells you to sink a lot of money into a stock and you can't afford to loose it, you might want to not do it.

You might want to switch the logic and risk things around.

The one thing I will point out, is that if your gut feeling is that something is dangerous, it probably is, logical or not.

You can help develop your intuition, I'm told, by guessing which elevator will come first and remembering how you felt when you guessed the times you were right... Things like that.
Good luck.

Well when you feel like there's a cop around the next bend in the road or over the next hill and everytime you feel that way it comes true then give yourself a big pat on the back. That's how I would deal with my intuition, especially if I slowed down everytime and didn't get a ticket.

First, tune in to them.....be aware you HAVE intuitions. Take it from there.....you'll notice the more you use, the more it develops...I always go "with my gut". That's intuition. How you "use" it is entirely up to you.

Good luck =)
