ummm. the truth?? is something that most humans find hard to identify or even connect with. just saying the truth can bring hurt and pain. most humans avoid it if they can cos it's the outpouring of the deepest part of the heart. And u dont want people to kno what u think deep down. Its the outpouring of your innermost feelings. its too deep a feeling. remember that the Bible was written years years ago, basically depicting what we are to do on earth before we leave it to live eternally in His splendour.. so when Jesus says that, he means that everything is right if we follow Him cos he is pure, free from impurities and full of love, peace, forgiveness, etc. the world today is without truth, honesty or peace, children are born into a dead world. i mean a world so imperfect, so impure.... God doesn't lie to us, but satan does and so do the presidents and prime ministers.. truth?? that's all i can say. there will be more than one answer.. the truth will always be the toughest to face...

There is no actual truth, because if person A thinks something is true and tells person B, and if person A was wrong, he still told the truth according to him.
The is no real truth, these days what is believed by the majority becomes the truth, and is believed blindly by most.
To me the word "Truth" means to be honest to yourself, even if everybody says your wrong, don't be influenced by other, only by yourself.

The only truth one can hold without a shadow of a doubt, within our human condition, is that one's self exists. As in Cogito Ergo Sum ( I think therefore I am...) All else is not verifiable! Truth is only what actually is! However it is in the massive majority of cases "truly" impossible to determine in an absolute way!
So, what we call "truth" in everyday life is just what we accept as the most supported belief held about a subject.

I don't think anyone really knows what truth is. Everyone seems to have a different idea of what the truth is and who is right and who is wrong, and most people are willing to die for what they believe is right. So if everyone believes in a different truth, what is the truth? Maybe truth is mixed in with what everyone believes.

The truth is anything that is true or has no deception. The thing or event or condition, what ever it is, is true so long as you can see and know all its workings without beguile or ambiguity.
True: my hand is how I see it with its size and color and texture.
Not true: My hand is healthy - I don't know the inner workings of my hand, and thus can not say this is a truth.

The truth is just What's So. Not what should be. Not a belief system. Not a religion. The truth is What Is.

Your approach to the question is somewhat confusing as you are already answering the question from the voice of the absolute.
So I'll only add that He's the beginning, the way and the end.

The truth - are teaching from the heart, unadulterated by the censorship of writers who twist it to conform to an established means to harness power from it.
