Yes, they are a great canadian band that have been around for 30 plus years. Some of their best songs are Could Have Been a Lady, Bad Side of the Moon (which were both covers), I Like To Rock, Roller, Oowatanite, Tonite's A Wonderful Night To Fall In Love

O yeah!! Good band outta Canada. Saw them back in 83. They opened up for Nazareth I think it was & they jammed!!! Just Between You & Me, I Like To Rock, & Sign Of The Gypsy Queen are some of their biggest hits. Haven't heard from them in years tho.
Back in the early 80's the USA network use to have a show on the weekends called Night Flight. My fellow (now formerly tho) stoners will remember it. Seemed like every other weekend they would show April Wine in concert. That's one I wished I had had a vcr for back then.

Canadian Hard Rock band, They have quite a large discography. fairly popular in the late '70s My favorite albums of theirs would be Harder,Faster and April Wine Live

I'm surprised that ANYONE outside of Canada has heard of them - other than as "one-hit wonders"...
But then again, anyone who listens to Classic Rock stations is bound to hear "You Could Have Been A Lady", "Roller", or "Sign of the Gypsy Queen" EVENTUALLY ;);););)
