The hard top on that car was made for the Transformers movie and isn't available to the general public.
However, Pontiac is planning on selling a hard-top version in 2009 that you might be interested in. There's a short article on future Pontiacs below.

Pontiac is reportedly coming out with the Solstice as a hard top in the summer of 2008. As of right now it is only available as a convertible.

everyone is right, it is a Soltice. if you like it you might also want to check out the Saturn Sky. i personally like the looks more, and its pretty much the same car.
