The answer could be yes or no. But you don't give any details as to what the problem is. Truly, you are the only one who knows the answer. And you are the only one who knows if your marriage is worth a second chance. Everyone should always try to work things out and outside counseling is the best treatment. Sometimes though something happens, things get said that you can't take back and then things are never the same after that. Good Luck!

Just sign them. Things will never be the same again. Cut your losses and realize things have changed. People change and you can't make people love you if they don't. Just decide to be the best you can be after the divorce and give yourself time to grieve your loss. Whether you wanted the divorce or your spouse did its sad thinking that your marriage didn't work out. Sing the papers and move on. Good Luck

divorce should be your last resort .... ask your self if you still love this person, and do you think you could work past the problems. It is entirely up to the both of you and your sense of pride and allowing your stubbornness to get in the way of working it out or just forgiveness and work it out

Well, for me you didn't give alot of insight...are you still in love and is the relationship salvagable? If there's a possibility that there is hope, then fight for a resolution other than divorce. Just be sure to be true to yourself...

If you don't really want a divorce, try to work things out. You don't go into detail so we don't know the situation.

Do you still love her? Do you think both of you can still work it out? If not, then sign it and move on with your life.
