I love ivory and navy blue together (in fact, I am wearing a navy cardigan over an ivory tank right now!). If you want to add an accent color, I think jade or mint green is a sophisticated choice. You could also choose gold, silver, or bronze for more sparkle. Or for something fun and modern, a coral or poppy orange would be a bold move. I mean, navy bridesmaid dresses with gold shoes and a bouquet of red-orange poppies? I die, that would be gorgeous. And your ivory dress would stand out beautifully.
