Turkey rather than ham is allways better for you.

Allways get fruit.

Try not to eat fried things.

Drink water not juice or anything.

In fast food a protein buger.(no bun instend lettuce)

Good luck!

I'm sorry to tell you this, but bulking up a bit will be a daydream for the rest of your life unless you give up fast food for at least a year. I wanted to get stronger so that I could go with my sister to the mountains so this is what I did: *ate only organic veg and organic meat (other food is dead, and creates fat storage in your body) *go swimming (ALOT) *run at a track with a bottle in hand (and in your case, maybe jogging with weights?) Well, there it is....hope I helped out....:P

Any lean grilled meat (like chicken or a sirloin steak) and steamed vegetables (no butter or cheese or oil on them) is a good choice. If you can get fruit too, even better! In a deli, turkey, chicken, lean roast beef or boiled ham are decent choices - hold the mayo and the oil.

Skip the fried stuff and anything creamy or smothered in cheese.

i know at burger king you can order a veggie burger in place of a meat burger and it still taste pretty good.
what i like to do when i go out to eat is in a restrant i ask for a take out container as soon as i order then put half of my food in it. that way i don't eat the whole serving thats were calories add up so i am told. plus the extra food can be saved for lunch the next day

Get a grilled chicken sandwich. If you go to Wendy's then you can get a baked potato instead of fries with a grilled chicken sandwich meal...just eat it plain or eat a little ketchup on it. Drink water! And if you have a tropical smoothie go there...mmmm..try the Popeyes favorite wrap. Also they will let you get a banana instead of chips with your value meal.
