Hey, Wamzy... I have heard that if you get three horse tail hairs (it cannot be from the mane - it has to be from the tail), and work them into a cigarette, that it will make a person very sick when they smoke that cigarette. If you do that for an entire pack, maybe it will help her quit. I've been told that it is harmless, just makes a person sick to their stomach...

she has to want to quit. I smoked for many years but I could never let my children do without something for the habit. If she can go to the clinic there is a new pill that takes away the craving for nicotine. I did not have to use it but many who work with me are taking it

That is sad, but unfortunately she has to WANT to quit. Smoking is an addiction just like anything else. No amount of people telling her they want her to quit will make her stop. She has to want it herself. I hope she quits soon! And I hope your family gets things in order! Good Luck. <3

....tell her how bad it is for her...and all the trouble it is causing...and tell her you want her to live a healthier life...get her a nicotine patch or something....hope you will be okay....and i will pray for your family...
