It's most likely derived from his original ring name and gimmick as "Chick Magnet." When asked by the press, Punker has been known to have creative license with the meaning saying things like Cookie Monster, Clean Made, which would fit really. Clean Made Punk fits his gimmick/lifestyle description well.

I think back when he was in Ring Of Honor, it stood for "Chick Magnet." In WWE though, it doesn't mean anything.
