Joanne's, yes. Call first, tho'. Walmart, I don't think so.
Michael's has it. Check any local craft store. Most carry some.

Both the stores you mention carry the clay. Michael's and A.C.Moores also carry it. Almost any store that sells any crafts, will carry polymer clay.

If you needed now,or yesterday,the best place you could possibly go would be,either A.C.Moore,or Michaels craft stores.
