What's your favorite diner dish? What do you love to get when you go to your local favorite? The more interesting the answer the better, and extra-special if you know of a really unique local place!

Um...guys...it's not DINNER dish, but DINER...you know...from a DINER style restaurant?

Ugh...don't they teach how to spell that in school anymore?

lol about ur extra comments.... if i go to a diner... which is all the time livin in jersey... i either get some sort of breakfast like an omelet or the sampler... whatever that may be ... i like to test out everyone's potato skins and mozzarella sticks =-)

If I go for a meal, then it's grilled cheese and fries - brown gravy on the fries is a MUST. Diner food is comfort food. There's three diners I frequent - Airmont Diner in Rockland County, NY and Alexis Diner in Newburgh, NY, and the Suburban Diner in Paramus, NJ.

If it's a late-night snack, it's either the fries and gravy or mozzarella sticks.

Oh my goodness...if you are ever in the Chicago area, you HAVE to try Pauline's! It was a little hole-in-the-wall diner in our neighborhood. They had the best pancakes. I get them no matter what time of day...I just LOVE them...and, of course, I have to order the orange juice, too, because they ONLY serve fresh squeezed orange juice...it is heavenly...

I absolutely love sushi! I also really love two local restaurants called Elephant Bar (their cashew chicken rocks) and PF Changs (their whole menu) is awesome.

I love the Tripleta!!! its a sanwich with a lot of tipes of meat and potato chips and ketchup with strawberry milk!!!!!
