She doesn't seem that bad but some people don't like her and her tv special didn't do very well. Opinions?

No, she's not fake. She was born and raised wealthy, so of course she's gonna be a natural snob. (Love her though)
And no, she shouldn't go back to England. There's no reason for her to. Why on earth would she stay there when her husband is working here?

I think her boobs might be fake, because you can see her ribs underneath them, and usually if you can see someone's upper ribs, their boobs aren't very big, or naturally at least. She lives on the other side of the country, so she isn't hurting me at all.
