What are YOU interested in? Clearly not nursing or medicine. Anything else you like and do well will pay more than something you hate but did to make $.

Try a lawyer. Typically whenever they have their own firm, they can have quite a hefty salary. The only thing is law school and networking.
If not into the government careers, try something in engineering. Or technology. You can still help in "medical" fields without dealing with blood or surgery.
Business is a big career as well. But you have to climb the chain and go with the flow.

Stock broker,accountant,lawyer,Banker or a professional sportsmen quite a few that don't involve blood but blood money is a different issue.
