as in, impressive, highly literate vocabulary? if it's for a job application they'll notice pretty quickly if you don't live up to your own hype, and without knowing you it's pretty impossible to suggest anything relevant! But in general I'd say: discriminating, antidisestablishmentarianist, (an old school favourite! ;)), and perhaps use a thesaurus; there's a great one online at http://thesaurus.reference.com/
