Greetings! I have found myself to be a huge Titanic buff. I went ga-ga when Robert Ballard found the ship in 1985, I strongly recommend you read the book, "Discovery of the Titanic" by Robert Ballard, published by Warner Books,

I have the very first edition. There have been others that have been made since other explorations have been made and artifacts removed from the ocean floor, which I do not approve of, but that is another soapbox.

To answer your question:

Length: 882 feet, 9 inches long
Width: 94 feet
Height: From stem to top of bridge, 100 feet
Weights:
Gross: 46,000 tons
Displacement: 52,250 tons
Horsepower: 46,000 with 29 boilers
Furnaces: 159
Propellers: three
Funnels: four, 73 feet above the boat deck

The Titanic was the largest ship in the world at the time of it's 1912 voyage.

Hope this helps. Take care.

Most of your responders give correct information, but the important thing, to the people on board, was the area (square footage) of the various decks, excluding the bottom two decks, which were non usable space.

882.7 ft x 87 ft (approximate overall beam) x 7 (usable decks)= you do the math----it was the size of a small town.

882 feet. She had 9 decks wich made her a high as a 11 story buliding and she still had the four funnels on top of that. She weighed more then 50,000 tons.

Geez, I'm too late, huh? Anyway: the Titanic was 882 feet and 8 inches long (268 meters). It weighed over 46,000 tons [!] , and was approximately 11 stories high.

Big. Really heavy!
