Only because I usually have at least 3 chapters of AP summer work to get finished before teh next day. I pretty much like school, that's why I'm going to college for History Education

I was actually one of the ones who enjoyed school for the most part. Summer ending never bothered me. I never really got to see too much of my friends over the summer, so I was always looking forward to catching up with them again. In high school, I'd usually show up at school an hour early just so my friends and I could have our early morning social hour before classes started.

Yeah, I used to panic. I despised high school. I was a "nerd" and an "outcast" and anyone having a bad day used me as their verbal punching bag.

It was so bad I would fantasize that I could recreate the blazing gymnasium scene from CARRIE (the one with Sissy Spacek). Sans the pig's blood shower of course.

Panic? School was fairly easy - you just turned up and went through the motions. No feeling required.

No, not panic but I was more like disappointed. School just isn't my thing. I can't wait until my break from my classes approach soon.

I often had anxiety dreams during that week before school. This year marks 20 years that I've been teaching and sometimes I still have the dreams about not being in the right place and not knowing what to do.
