My ex and I have both decided if either of us wins any large amount of money we would sort the other one out, we get on better now we are divorced and we do have the children between us and we keep it civil, because at the end of the day we both love them more than what we have a problem with each other

I don't expect or demand anything from my ex. If he won alot of money I would hope he would put some of it into trust accounts for our kids. If he didn't then I would be disappointed that he doesn't think enough of his kids to help them out in life.

No, because for the fact he is your ex. Should he give you some to help with the children? Yes, but do you really think that will happen?

i would expect him to put his hand in his pocket for his children yes...even if he did have a new family.i would not expect money from him for myself, but some money should be put into the childrens savings accounts to help them with their future that he probably screwed up already! x
