I drive a 2007 Nissan 350z Roadster. Its been very humid lately, and Ive had my A/C on with the top down alot. Lately Ive been noticing around the vents water forms on the plastic vent and the vinyl around it.

I read that if you stop seeing a puddle under your car and see water on your vents, then it could mean you have a tube clogged in your A/C.

However, I still have a decent sized puddle under my car along with the water on the vents.

Is this just the humidity or do I have a problem with my A/C unit? Thanks

Most likely just the high humidity.

It has been so hot out lately that everyone's vehicles are working overtime to keep us cool. It's probably just condensation coming from your vents. If you are driving with the top down, then yes, the humidity mixed with the cold air is bringing the water by the vents.

It's just the humidity. Don't worry about it.
