I love this question!

1- I would have dinner with myself as an aged, wise women. Learn about some of the wisdom I acquired and hold onto it in the present. Reminding myself of the beauty that is me and to hold onto gratefulness for being alive.
2 - I would have dinner with myself as a carefree child, playing, dreaming, laughing, and be sure to hold onto some of the innocence children have and keep it with me in the present - just as a reminder to dance gregariously & sing with out any inhabitations.
3 – my son. He teaches me as much as I teach him. Pride is not a word that can accurately describe him. He is an everyday hero to so many people and is just a child still…..

………..I want more,,, can I have a couple more?
How about Einstein, Dory from Finding Nemo, Mother Theresa & anyone of the firefighters that have lost their lives saving another – just so I can thank them for making this world a wonderful place to live in……

Jesus. I believe that a man named Jesus did in fact exist, but I am unconvinced that he really was everything that the Bible scriptures claim. An opportunity to find out The Truth.

Confucius. A great philosopher millennia before his time, and the ultimate instructor of internal morality and ethics. A chance to chat with the founder of Far Eastern thought.

An interpreter to translate everything, because I speak neither Aramaic nor ancient Chinese.
