I am a 43 year old man, who has seventeen years experience in the ordained ministry. I am currently on leave of absence to discern my future course in life. Even though my work experience is varied and rich; I am nonetheless lost in searching for adequate employment. I'd love to have a full-time job which I would be proud of and happy with.

Got into some trouble eh?
Try social work; you have the background for dealing with people.
Are you wanting a total change? open your own business

Or go into teaching- I don't know what your educational background is, but you need a degree to get anywhere in the "real world"
What did you get into? Is your credibility stable in the community where you are at?
That can really make a difference.
Hope everything turns out well.

I would suggest that with your experience as a Minister, that you might think of a career path in social work. Should you make this choice, then you could further specialize, in Homeless, Teenagers, Elderly, or any one of the many areas which need your help, and in which you would feel comfortable.
